Our Private Chef services are designed to make your stay with us more memorable and special. You can hire our private chef to come to your villa and work with you to create a personalized menu, catering to your tastes and preferences. Our chefs can cook everything from Mexican, Caribbean, European, and Asian food.

Lunch Menu

Choose two entrees from the menu:

• Tacos: Sea Bass, Lobster, and Shrimp.
• Salads: Caesar with Grilled Chicken, Cobb, and Greek.
• Seafood: Shrimp Cocktail, Seafood Fountain, and Smoked Fish Salad.
• Mexican: Tamales, Enchiladas, and Assorted Quesadillas.
• Sandwiches and Hamburgers: Steak Sandwich, Prosciutto and Mozzarella Sandwich, Hamburger Desserts – Sorbets, and Brownies.
• Steak Breakfast: Fried Eggs with Mexican-prepared Steak and Rancher Sauce with Potatoes or Beans.
